I serve 21 counties in West Tennessee and specialize in all types of residential appraisal services. I have personally appraised over 2500 properties for over 100 clients. I am approved and in good standing with all of my clients. I serve more counties than most appraisers, and still deliver timely appraisals. My fees are competitive with anyone in the appraisal business, and I am able to accept major credit cards via this website.

I do single and multi-family, land, FHA, REO, relocation, pre-construction and manufactured home appraisals. I am also able to do inspection reports for construction draws for pre-construction/under-construction projects. I strive to give 2 day service from the date of inspection, depending on complexity and distance associated with the assignment. I make myself readily available to discuss assignments with the client in as much detail as possible without unnecessary charges or expense.
